Your Role and Responsibilities
Selected consultants will contribute to GRiC Africa's mission by:
- Designing and facilitating training, workshops, and mentorship programs for youth and community groups.
- Developing tailored curricula, tools, and resources to support skills development and inclusion.
- Providing technical expertise, advisory services, and innovative solutions aligned with project goals.
- Conducting research, needs assessments, and evaluations to inform GRiC Africa's strategies and impact measurement.
- Collaborating with the GRiC Africa team to enhance learning, leadership, and community transformation outcomes.
Assignments can vary in duration and scope, offering short-term, part-time, or project-based opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
While specific requirements may vary, applicants are generally expected to have:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in education, social sciences, development studies, psychology, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in one of the focus areas.
- Strong facilitation, training, and communication skills.
- Proven experience working with youth, community organizations, or development programs in Africa.
- Ability to create engaging, practical, and inclusive learning experiences.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a commitment to GRiC Africa's mission and values.
Experience in consulting, curriculum development, or project design is a significant advantage.
